"I always prefer restaurants with a daily menu, I like the surprise what to eat today. villa sud has a daily menu in the week and villa sud also has a beautiful outside terrace with wind protection with a beautiful view over the sea....What wants a man more? good eating and that was also good. the plates were laid out beautifully, the eye also wants something. the service was smooth and the bill was € 49,00 this is the starter, main course and dessert with 50cl wein. quite right!"

"The first place where I tasted a local breizh cola, elsewhere the service and the staff was good, the young man was open to speak in English, friendly, fun kerl. I asked him to prepare a special meal for my son (as he has a Crohn disease), because he has a special diet at the moment and cannot eat much. I had a “Salad with goat cheese” as vegeterian there were not so many options. I love the view of the sea."

"I come back to this restaurant time and time again each time we visit the area and I've finally decided to write a review. I love this place. The location is unparalleled. I love having a drink on the terrace and watching the ocean here....It's everyone's favorite. We've gone as a couple, we've gone with kids, with friends, with older members of the family and it is always a hit. Unpretentious and relaxed, the kids will often play on the beach while we linger over our meal. We are never rushed despite how busy they are. The food is simple French brasserie fare that is consistently well executed (and given the stunning location, solid value in my book). The mussels are my favorite and I love the variety of the mussel recipes I've had the standard Moule Mariniere, but also mussles with Roquefort sauce and mussels with cider and apple. Amazing! My husband always goes for the steak tartare which is also quite good. I've read some of the other negative reviews it's true that they can get busy, especially during the hight of tourist season, but there is a reason they are that busy. Arm yourself with patience, soak in the view and unplug. It's well worth it. They also have a decent night scene often hosting local music groups which are quite good."
