"I completely despised Korean cuisine because there was lack of variety in flavours. Apparently this was rated one of the best Korean barbecues in all of Sydney. It was busy on a regular day. Each table was fitted with a hanging range hood to draw away the smoke from cooking. Interior looked old and hasn't been renovated for a while. Lively atmosphere but the staff attitudes were depressing. <br>

Before the meal, we were served with many different side dishes. Most of them were great. Soondubu jiggae was spicy yet delicious soup that I enjoyed thoroughly. Bibimbap was not bad, I would've liked the rice to crisp up on the bottom. Wagyu platter had an assortment of many different cuts. We began tasting one by one but they were mostly tough like rubber. At $50 per head, it wasn't worth it and solidifies my dissatisfaction towards Korean cuisine."

"Every time we come here, we’d get the soy sauce chicken. Yummy! The quality of the food here is very much consistent. The environment feels very home-y and suitable for a casual dinner with mates of family, It’s reasonably well priced as well. We’ve only had one bad experience where the staff were busy and inattentive, food was slow to come out and the egg soufflé was plain and not as flavoursome as expected."

"On a cold winter night we wanted some food that would warm us up. We saw the menu in the window and thought we would try this restaurant out. It is located on the Korean side of Eastwood and with Street frontage next to the building where Aldi is.It is small, seating about 40 people with a wooden decor. It filled up in no time with lots of Korean customers, always a good sign.Service was attentive and we ordered Ginseng Chicken and hot stone bowls of spicy octopus bibimbap and teriyaki chocked bibimbap.Sides were generous and tasty.We look forward to coming back and trying other dishes on the menu and the infrared grill intrigues me with regards to BBQ. Well worth a try and the meal warmed us up."

"With plethora of korean eateries around eastwood， it can be difficult to find the right one among so many choices. It happen that we were at the other side (non korean) side of hornsby around lunch and with the heat， did not feel like walking across to the other side of station that we stumbled upon this korean shop on the other side of town.Shop is fairly new， with a nice ambiance， no bbq smell and table do not appear to have the usual gressy feel to the furniture. There are multiple options including bbq along with the other usual suspect. Given the heat， we settle on the lighter option of bibibam and ox bone soup and we were surprise to the quality and presentation of the food. Generous portion of bibibam with 6-7 different vegetable serve on a large bowl. Ox bone soup have medicinal herbs and vegetable along with the beef and glass noodle. Both recommended. We also saw multiple tables with fried chicken. Somthing we would try next time and a table ordering bbq. We were surprise by quality of meat being serve. Wow... A must try next time. Overall an enjoyable experience and a surprise to find this on the non korean side of town."

"I love this hole in the wall Korean restaurant. Yes it may not be as spacious as the other Korean places nearby, yes it may not have chimney hanging from the ceiling to suck away fumes from BBQ, yes it may not have a large variety of complimentary side dishes, but it was one of the cheapest Korean in Eastwood without the compromise of quality. I tried seafood pancake, seafood tofu stew, Bimbpap, and Korean BBQ squid, they were all delicious. The cooking happened in the back of restaurant but you could kind of see the actions. There were less than 20 seats in the entire shop but that only meant you wouldn't have trouble getting service or their attention. It was my go to Korean lunch place on the weekend sometimes.
