"Was on the hunt for Korean comfort food and decided to try this place based on the reviews. They have three tables outside for dining and it was clear they had a robust takeout operation. Given that it?s a modest unassuming spot, I was impressed with how busy it was and the food was great. Four of us sat at one of the nostalgic tables from the days of playing in the ball pit at McDonald?s. (You?ll know if you go. We started out with an order of the steamed veggie and pork dumplings which are made in house. They were perfectly cooked and were delicious. (The dumplings themselves are traditionally bland and meant to be dipped in the ponzu-like dipping sauce. For entrees we ordered a selection of grilled meats (kalbi, bulgogi, and spicy pork bulgogi and there were all really good. The bulgogi was tender and well-seasoned and the spicy pork had enough heat without burning my lips. We also ordered a bowl of kalguksu (knife -cut noodles in broth which was enormous! They offer a selection of broths including clam, beef bone broth, and traditional anchovy which is what I opted for. The broth was savory and the noodles were great. It easily could have served as the meal for two people. As for the banchan (side dishes , they presented a nice array of options, including a veggie-fruit salad and sautéed potato sticks which I hadn?t had since I was a kid. All very good. They serve beer and soju and the service was warm. If you?re willing to overlook the understated decor, I think you?ll be pleased with the selection and flavor of the food. It?s definitely found a spot in our regular rotation going forward."

"This place is fantastic. Great service, good cuts of meat, so much food you'd better bring a spare stomach. Highly recommend the seafood pancake!!! A little on the pricey side but that was our own fault for over ordering and getting the beer!"

"The one star is solely based on the quantity of the food provided. Based on the good yelp reviews, I thought I give this place a try. I went by the place after grocery shopping at AR. Just thought I check the place out and pick up a menu for the future. My mom loves Korean tofu soup. I went inside. The lady was very friendly. There were no one else there. It was 2:30 pm. I got the menu was ready to leave, but decided to order daboki, #41, Stir-fry rice cakes. When I got home I was so surprised by the minimal quantity of the rice cake. There was literally 12 rice cakes, that were swimming in a large pool of sauce. It was the most pathetic looking daboki I've ever gotten. Okay, the food is good and I know the economy is bad, but 6 rice cakes do not justify in any economy the $16.99 for the dish. I will not be returning to this place, as i would not squander my hard earned money on such a minimal amount of food. Thank you dear lady for being so nice, but I feel bilked. Oops, sorry, 6 rice cakes was what my mom and I each got from this dish. So sad!"

"My friend shared a Maddie's coffee with me once, and I've since longed to visit in person, a real drive since I'm from LA. I can't speak much for the food here, but the Vietnamese Coffee served here is nothing short of AMAZING. The perfect balance of sweet but savory, light but strong. Parking is very easy even on weekend afternoons, and I enjoy studying or working here. If you want a spot, though, make sure to come early, since is only one 4-6 person bench and 2 smaller tables that seat 2 each. I didn't inquire about Wi-Fi since I have my own hotspot, If you need access to Wi-Fi, would recommend calling to confirm if there is Wi-Fi."
