"While in Seoul, I invited some friends to come out for some vegan cuisine. However we were running late and when we called them, they stayed open to serve us. It was a great meal and we had a lot of fun. Food was well prepared and presented."

"Bonjuk and bibimbap is a reliable place to visit the vegan. I recently found out that the soy sauce they give them with soft tofu bibimbap is not actually vegan. they can do away with the sauce package and the jalapeno marinade has also been soy sauce based (and tastes amazing everything here tastes mild and tasty!"

"The menu has changed in the run of the years! now it mainly has kimbap, pork cut, fried rice and (ramen) nudelgerichte. no bibimbap! if they don't speak Korean, it is not possible to eat vegan here. they can customize some dishes by asking to leave or cook without anchovy. also the salat kimbap contains egg and mayonnaise sauce. for vegetarian there are a few options with a i.e. in this look it is just a typical bunsikjeom restaurant. the prices are very low as it is located in the studentendorf gosichon near the seoul national university."

"This place has a great concept: you get to choose all the ingredients for your dish. They give you a large bowl and tweezer tongs to select from a variety of options (lots of fresh veggies, noodles, different mushrooms and tofus), and then they cook it for you. I composed a tofu and veggies stir fry without noodles. I asked for the highest level of spiciness which was intense. It was not the usual chili heat, but the Sichuan pepper kind that made my mouth tingle. I enjoyed the challenge, but I might go for a milder option next time"
