Yeonnam There 연남그곳 - Seoul

I went with a non vegan friend to this place. There was only one option that he could offer me and luckily it was japchae. It was really good. One of the best I had so far. Both of us enjoyed the food a lot. Owner was very friendly. We were there in the evening and it was very lively.

The restaurant is located in a very cute neighborhood. I went here with my friend who isn’t a vegetarian and we both really enjoyed our meal. Like the previous reviews I wanted to try the japchae or the fried mushroom dish but the owner said he could make me some bibimbap at that time. The menu doesn’t have any vegan or vegetarian dishes marked up but you can inform the owner about it. Would definitely go back here again, the owner was super friendly and the restaurant is super cute.

I agree with the person of the other review 2 years ago... this is a hidden gem. Unfortunately, there are no vegan labelled options, but the staff is super helpful and knows what vegan is. I had the Kimbap without egg. It was delicious!! The owner even showed me how to properly eat Kimbap. Highly recommend (It's up the stairs! Updated from previous review on 2021-12-09

Unfortunately there was only one vegetarian option that they can make vegan on request. But the atmosphere was very cozy and it is a beautiful place to have a drink and to share food.

Nice and friendly owner even checked what we can eat and cannot after we told him no onion and garlic. Those who cannot take Allium do not inform onions, garlic and green onions! Portion is big and food is also delicious!
