"This place has so much potential. Sad to see it the way it is. Nice for a post ski meal and beer but just doesn’t do the trick. From fire places that don’t work to the white ceilings that look unfinished it feels like a place that struggles. I’ve been coming to Beech mountain for years and I have seen this place change. If they are open to selling I would be very interested."

"Horrible service, long wait to be seated with no explanation. Forgot half the order which they did remove from the bill. Entire staff seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. Multiple tables had the wrong order brought to them, while some tables that were seated before us did not even get their food by the time we were done eating. You know it's bad when tables start talking to each other about the service."

"Horrible experience with a horribly rude manager, I believe his name is Ethan. We had a party of 8 for lunch. Hour long wait, which is understandable for the number of people we had but still seemed extremely inefficiently run. Finally, we were seated but sat separately from the rest of our party. There was an empty table next to the other half or our party that just needed to be bussed, so I politely approached the hostess and manager about us moving to the newly empty table and was met with an utterly rude and unprofessional response to the point that our party was being yelled at by said manager who was seemingly on a power trip over where people sat. We were told the table was reserved for another party behind us that had 10 people. After the altercation, we decided to just leave it alone. 15 minutes later and no one was sat at the table next to our party. We order and get our poorly prepared food. My brothers brisket sandwich looked almost raw and his gfs burger was undercooked as well, while my wife 's blackbean burger was burned to a crisp. As soon as we start eating another table of 4 was sat at the table we asked to move to and come to find out the 10 person party that that table was reserved for had cancelled their reservation. No doubt due to the long wait of a horrible mismanaged establishment. We were never followed up with by the manager about the cancelation to offer some accommodation and apology for the incident that had occured. Although our server was very polite and we liked her very much, we will not be returning. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The GM here deserves to be fired, and your customers and resort guests deserve better."
