"I've never had a bad experience here. Food is always great to fabulous. I've never had bad service. Food is made to order, i.e. you don't have to order off the menu. Tell them what you want and they will make it. I feel the price is outstanding. My wife and I usually order an appetizer (tootsie rolls are awesome), entrees and have 1-2 drinks each and the bill is around $30 each. Better food, better service, and better overall experience than any of the chain restaurants in town for about the same price."

"Wow! This was the best dining experience I’ve had in years. We were seated right away and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our server was so outgoing, informed, friendly, fun, and attentive. And the food... wow. Just more “wow”. The flavors were on point and everything was seasoned perfectly. The menu was the perfect size, with a great amount of variety and something for everyone. The charcuterie board was incredible! My husband and I had the grilled chicken Caesar salad. the dressing was delicious, the chicken was fall apart moist and seasoned to perfection. The prices couldn’t be more reasonable and we gladly left a big tip for our server! Go to Parasol! You will love it!"

"First we went in and ordered us. The server told us that we could get a salad with our meal so we could order a meal (my husband and me). We wanted to go on and get the soup. It took about 30 minutes to get the salad and another 20 minutes to get the soup. Others around us who came after us got their meals when we waited for the salad. It also took a very long time to get our meals. We asked for our check and it was $47.00. (We still have the entrance) We were each charged @ 8.75 for soup/salad and then we were responsible for our meal/salad. We had a tea to drink. I told the waiter that it wasn't right and asked to talk to the manager. He took the reception and left. He came back and said the man said it was right. We were in a hurry, so I just paid for it and said we would never come back and allow our friends and family to know. But someone suggested to report it so that it doesn't happen and another. We have four small children, so we are careful how we spend our money. We were set off!!!!"

"Not too impressed with The Midway. We decided to go to lunch with some family and had a bigger group. It took about 10-15 minutes for our waitress to bring over drinks or even address our table at all. When we started ordering I tried to make it easier on her and let her know we (my husband, daughter and I) would be on a separate ticket from the others. I ordered the Triple B burger with no onions and the waitress substituted the Brie on the burger for provolone as they were out of it. My husband ordered shrimp tacos, and we ended up ordering a grilled cheese and soup for our daughter. After 45 minutes of waiting our food finally came out, I cut my burger in half, and saw there there was a bunch of onions. After trying to get our waitress’ attention for the opportunity to get my burger fixed how I ordered it, my burger was taken to the back and the onions just scraped off and brought back out to me, and then our waitress disappeared. Our drinks were never refilled for anyone at the table. The waitress never brought ranch for others at the table and then when the check came it wasn’t split. So after we were told they could split the ticket they can’t? Seems strange. The waitress never checked in to see how the food was, or topped off drinks. My first time at The Midway, and I won’t be back. The worst experience I had. I understand being short staffed but this was ridiculous."

"Come for the beer, stay for the tacos. We got the cauliflower and carnitas tacos and wow, these were some of the best tacos we've had, at a brewery or otherwise. Props for the blue corn tortillas too. Patio was well-designed and spacious, wish we livedcloser!"
