"Constantly, best beer bar, no, the best beer bar in Darmstadt. Service is nice, accommodating, even personal if you've known each other for a few days. Speaks German and English. Food, my favorite, tuna pizza, onion, garlic, spicy, extra thick topping. Can you take your makeup off somewhere else... are you talking against the wall... here? Not lying.. Man doesn't leave pizza pieces left.. I as a man don't.. unfortunately I have to admit.. rarely packed.. I never believe it.. please pack the rest.. Always come back... Always nice!"

"While it isn't the fanciest of places, the food is solid, traditional, fresh, and tasty. We had Hacksteak, which was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Most of the menu was traditional German and farmer food. It is worth a stop!"

"Not to be confused with the "Schlossgarten Cafe" in the Martinsviertel, "schlossgarten" is the open air cafe actually in the Schloss.It's a delightful place to sit, although they have cut the trees back recently (visited July 2016) so not as much shade as there used to be. The Rhababerschorle is delicious, the cakes and small lunch specials (e.g. Bulgursalat) normally also pretty good.Prices very reasonable.The only drawback is the service. It can take a while to get attention and for drinks to come, even when it is not so busy. One gets the impression that the servers are somewhat untrained students. So, my advice is be patient, relax, enjoy the scenery and atmosphere. But still, it would be nice if service were quicker!If you found my review helpful, I would appreciate your vote."
