Lots of shade under rich foliage of old trees for hot summer days, relaxed atmosphere and lovely rest stop for cyclists, dog walkers or tourists in search for refreshment. Famed for freshly squeezed lemonade and orange juices, offers also a selection of Croatian craft beer and some mass produced lager, e.g. Ozujsko. The brand they don’t carry is local, Karlovacko pivo, in sign of the owner’s protest against Heineken buying the hometown brewery."

"A great place to eat right in front of downtown Karlovac. Was surprised to find a wide menu inspired by istrian cusine. The restaurant itself is in the same theme, creating a great ambience. We had lunch on a weekday while it was not crowded, but on weekends you need a reservation. The staff was fast, polite and inconspicuous. We had calf with mushrooms and soup and homemade bread. Everything was delicious and we will be sure to stop again!"

"Absolutely delicious Balkan food. The 2-person plate was huge. The service was fast and friendly, even though the place was packed. Worth a visit if you're in the area and hankering for some traditional food. Update: We stopped by for lunch again, on our way through the city, and were once again very satisfied with the entire experience. The food remains excellent and the service is exemplary."
