"This little bar-restaurant is located in the very old center of Limburg, in a charming old Fachwerkhaus. The meals they serve are simple yet delicious, and they also have a small but selected beer menu. Prices are decent. I would totally visit it again. The dish of the day (Forelle Müllerin Art) and 0.5 of beer costed me 12 euros."

"Da Rosario wirkt unscheinbar und man vermutet von außen eher eine Kneipe oder Gaststätte mit - vorsichtig ausgedrückt - durchschnittlichem Essen. Auch die Inneneinrichtung würde ich eher in die zweite Liga verorten. Wirklich nette Atmosphäre kommt hier nicht auf. Der Service hingegen ist erstklassig. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bedient, als seien wir Stammkunden: aufmerksam, freundlich und stets mit italienisch familiärem Charme. Das Essen schließlich war ebenfalls deutlich besser als wir das zunächst erwartet hatten, nämlich schlicht sehr gut. Lediglich das Carpaccio war noch etwas zu kalt und hätte auf etwas mehr als Kühlschranktemperatur wahrscheinlich auch deutlich aromatischer geschmeckt. Die gemischten Vorspeisenteller mit Caprese, Vitello Tonnato, Carpaccio, Gemüse und gefüllten Champignons sind bedenkenlos zu empfehlen. Die Dorade Royal vom Grill war wirklich königlich und phänomenal groß. Das dazu gewählte Gemüse war toll angebraten und fand die richtige Balance mit dem Olivenoel. Die Pizzen sind dünn und dafür reich belegt, mit Büffelmozzarella wie sich das gehört und dazu auch noch ordentlich groß. Die Preise sind ok, für das Essen absolut in Ordnung, für das Ambiente nicht."
