"Ein Abend, der so katastrophal verlaufen ist, dass man gar nicht weiß, wo man anfangen soll. Bei Erscheinen im Restaurant wussten wir nicht, wo wir hingehen sollten, es hat fünf Minuten gedauert, bis sich jemand erbarmt hat, uns den Weg zum reservierten Tisch zu zeigen. Dort angekommen wurde bestellt und die Getränke kamen. Da 75 Minuten (!) als Wartezeit auf vier normale Hauptspeisen für uns absolut inakzeptabel sind, entschlossen wir uns zu gehen und haben um die Rechnung gebeten. Nach kurzer Zeit kam der aufgebrachte Chef, Herr Böhm, der uns zuallererst seine Sicht der Dinge mitteilen wollte. Wir haben ihm dann unsere Punkte genannt, da uns viel an konstruktivem Feedback liegt, woraufhin Herr Böhm ziemlich ungehalten reagierte und uns persönlich angriff, dass wir heute sowieso nichts mehr vorhätten, dass eine durchgebratene Entenbrust niemals gehen würde, dass alles frisch gekocht sei und dass er der Einzige ist, der in Neuburg und Umgebung so frisch kocht. Nachdem er sich immer mehr in Rage geredet hatte und nur schwer zu unterbrechen war, machten wir ihm den Dienstleistungsaspekt seiner Arbeit klar, indem wir versuchten zu erklären, dass wir als zahlende Kunden unsere Wünsche jederzeit äußern können sollten. Wir wollten dann bezahlen, woraufhin er sagte, dass wir nicht zu bezahlen brauchten und uns mit den Worten, dass wir nicht mehr wiederkommen brauchen, rausschmiss. Als wir völlig fassungslos im Auto saßen und gerade losfahren wollten, um doch noch etwas zu essen, kam Herr Böhm aus seinem Restaurant gerannt, um uns zum Zahlen der konsumierten Getränke aufzufordern und uns nochmal mitzuteilen, dass wir in seinem Lokal Hausverbot hätten. Wir essen regelmäßig in Restaurants und egal, wo wir bisher waren, war sich der Inhaber immer bewusst, dass er eine Dienstleistung erbringt und dass seine Kunden seinen Lebensunterhalt finanzieren. Dies war hier leider überhaupt nicht der Fall. So etwas Unverschämtes, Kindisches und Trotziges wie heute ist uns noch nie passiert und lässt mit Nachdruck davon abraten, dieses Restaurant zu besuchen."

"Typical bavarian food is served which seemed also very freshly made. The waitress was nice and very attentive, serving food and beer fast. It wasn't too loud but it also wasn't that full as we were there during the week."
