"I went here today with my friend because she just wanted a quick shot,she has a purple card ID and the bartender or the young woman working there with short hair and brown eyes kept giving me dirty looks and said that my friends ID card is scratched up in which it is not I would like a manager to get back to me if they see this review as she gave me attitude when we were walking out the door you should have people that work here that know what ID card should look like not unprofessional immature person working behind the counter… absolutely ridiculousWe would like to return to this establishment to personally speak with a manager"

"Excellent food for a reasonable price!. I went to Small Rooms after graduation with my father and step mom and had an all around excellent experience. I'd been there once before before for lunch but hadn't experienced their mouth-watering steaks. First off anytime you dine there they bring complimentary garlic bead, pickles, olives and a delicious fish spread. The garlic bread was a bit oily but tasted great with the spread. For an appetiser we had fresh oysters. I was a bit hesitant to order them, since they don't specialise in oysters, but they were fresh and large. I ordered the filet mignon, which came wrapped in bacon. The steak was cooked perfectly, I asked for medium rare and it came medium rare. One of the best steaks I ever had! The potatoes were also delicious and were perfect for soaking up the steak jus. For three people the bill was just over 100 bucks, which included beer and wine. VERY reasonable considering the top notch quality of the food. Don't be put off by the location and the decor (which is dated, but charming). This restaurant is a diamond in the rough and considering the excellent food, not to mention great service, it is well worth checking out."

"Cool venue. We were disappointed that the online info suggested they didn't take reservations, only to arrive early on a Saturday eve to find most of the place booked off by large groups! we had to go somewhere else for food but returned for the live music and enjoyed the night. mix of all ages and funky relaxed vibe. we'll definitely be back to check out the $5 small plates which all look delicious!"

"The food is really delicious and our server was incredible! Things do feel a little overpriced but that seems to be the case everywhere these days. Tough times for both restaurants and customers. But the amazing pizza and wonderful service made our night out very enjoyable."

"This is actually a 4.5*. Excellent place for a cozy and relaxing dinner. Had their signature lamb burger and pint of organic beer. Lamb burger was simply superb, on Wednesdays they have all burgers for 11$. Overall a nice place to have fun with friends and a good meal."

"White Chocolate Brownie. My job entails me to pass by Scarborough Town Centre almost daily, and so I am well acquainted with this Moxie 's. <br/>Service: 75% (if average were 67% <br/>Atmosphere: 80% (dim lighting works well for dates <br/>Food: 85% <br/>Now, the food I rated an 85%, but realistically their appetizers and mains are average (67% being the 'average ' mark . The one thing that stands above the rest is the White chocolate brownie, listed in the title. It is the only place I know that produces such a thing, and it is heavenly. Although some people complain that it is 'too sweet ', true lovers of desserts will drool over this. Truthfully, I only go for this, which is why I usually order a light meal. <br/>The only downside to this is that it is notoriously hard to ask for 'no whipped cream ' on the white chocolate brownie. Unless you are allergic and tell them, you will almost always get the dessert topped with excess amounts of whipped cream."
