"We were not in the hotel, but ate there for dinner on a Monday evening. the restaurant was almost empty and we had great attention and service from the staff. we ordered pasta: a plate fresh pasta with truffles and one with garnels. and buffala. the pasta was an excellent essential Italian origin, I am quite picky and my friend is lactose intolerant and they adapted the starter for him. a very good culinary experience!"

"A beautiful hotel, run by very friendly people. The rooms are very up to date, great bathrooms with loads of hot water, much needed after long walks. Don't worry about the one choice menu....you won't be let down , the food every night was of the highest quality and the service second to none. Got a very strong feeling we will be back next year :"

"Starters were promising but main course was TERRIBLE, REALLY TERRIBLE. We asked for medium entrecôte. What came was barely cooked, fatty and hardly warm enough to allow the "special Dom butter" to melt. Really one of the worst meals we have had in our beloved Saas-Fee. The waiter sighed, crashed and banged his way through the whole evening. No value for money whatsoever. Positioned as a premium experience but it really wasn't. We would recommend going to somewhere better like "The Mistral" or Chuestall instead. Don't waste you money on the Dom."

"The location is nice, rustical style. We had pasta and pork schnitzel and they were good. Portions are good sized, with normal prices. Apfelstrudel was not the best and their espresso neither. Overall a good option."
