"I tried the chicken flat bread thing from the small meals menu and it was very good! The free bread was yummy and the olive oil dip was excellent. They lost my friends ticket so her salad took a long time to come out but they gave it to her no charge!"

"Some of the best, most authentic sushi I had outside Japan. (And my wife, a native of Tokyo, agrees. It is like walking through a wormhole into a side street in Japan. You will not find the kind of Bastard Fusion roles that are actually an American/Korean phenomenon. So prepare to go all the Wabi-Sabi and learn what it really is about Sushi. There is also a jazz theme, with pictures of Miles and Trane on the walls and 50’s jazz playing in the background. I wish I would live closer but always my journey through Oxnard along the coast to treat myself with some of the best sushi on this side of the Pacific."

"Pretty good food! We ordered the southwest salad and a ribbed plate. The Southwest Dressing was tasteful, but strange runny. It didn't coat the salad well, so I asked for more, then the addition of ranch ended. It was delicious, but a thicker dressing would have put it on top! The ribs were extremely good and the honey butter for the corn cake was dying. The grain bread itself was so crooked that was delicious, but made it hard to eat with the butter. The baked potato was a bit hard, but the sweet potato friries were perfection! Funny how workers change the atmosphere. When we arrived there, we ordered a beer as it was my husband's birthday, and she was too young to serve it. She was short with us and no music was up. Halfway through food, there was a change and she put on music and you could say her demeanor was so much more friendly that when I asked for more dressing and she was so pleasant! If we didn't have to go somewhere, we would have ordered a beer and hanged out a little longer. Will definitely go back and try the Grover site!"

"They stack bowls of fries and onion rings on top of their burger orders and hot dogs. When I inquired to management that this was unsanitary and if they can make it right because I do not want to eat tri-tip sandwiches or hot dogs that have bowls stacked on top, the night manager (Darrel) was rude. He said this is how we always do it-what do you want me to do about it? So very rude but SO VERY unsanitary. It ruined the entire night-it was supposed to nice meal with family returning my sister to college. Very disappointed. When I inquired what time is best to call next day to speak with another manager, the staff members told me good luck because no one ever answers the phones. See image below-one should NEVER serve food like this. The health department would agree this is NOT OK and Darrel 's response of THIS IS HOW WE ALWAYS DO IT probably would not be well received by them."
