"I had the three beans Chili and my husband had the mushrooms and Beetroot burgers and chips. Both options were delicious and they even had vegan mayonnaise. On the bottom they had no milk options for tea/coffee."

"Had Sunday lunch here today with my family, every meal was cooked to perfection, piping hot food and all the meals came out at the same time. The roast beef was to die for and my wife’s steak was literally melt in your mouth, I’ve paid far higher prices than this elsewhere for food that simply does not even compare to the quality of yours. Fast and friendly service and would highly recommend. We will be visiting again. Thank you to all at the Royal Oak, you smashed it"

"Great vegan dirty fries. look hard for this place as it is on the back of a Mews/Arkade. good bar, eclectic seating, dog friendly. the kitchen was carefully monitored by quality control, never a bad thing in my view. would be recommended for vegan lunch."

"My husband and I am sick. We ordered two grilled chickens plain with baked potatoes. The potatoes were small, shriveled up and hard. We couldn’t eat them! We also did not receive any bread, plastic ware or napkins. Also no toppings for potatoes we are profoundly disappointed and would have certainly returned our food if in the restaurant. I called and was hung up on so no resolution?"

"We have sunk here for 3 days and drank and had every time amazing eating. the place was short busy so that the doormen clean and clean the tables to help. they were happy to do it and they were always friendly and chatting. the bar staff was amazing although they were so busy and tracey gave us mainly brilliant service and the best gin tonic ever. one night they had very difficult customers who were extremely rude and refused to pay their bill. the personal has really treated them well even if the terrible people have gone without paying! I would highly recommend this place: if I am back in saundersfoot, I will definitely be"
