"We sat at the bar, Monday, October 16th lunch time. The server/bartender seemed preoccupied. We asked for tall beers, we got the pint size, we didn't complain. We ordered an appetizer of loaded tots and asked for the sour cream on the side and after a super long wait (25 to 30 minutes)we received our appetizer with sour cream on top so then she took them back. That took another 10 to 12 min. In the meantime while waiting for the tater tots in the first 25 to 30 minutes, we ordered a 15 pcs original wings, she asked what kind of sauce or seasoning and we said just ranch and BBQ on the side. We didn't need sauce or seasoning because we asked for the original style. We are not sure at that point why she's asking that? But we soon find out. As we were waiting for the appetizer, At some point my boyfriend asked her if the appetizer was coming soon or was it coming out together with the wings because it was taking so long. Then it finally comes out with the sour cream on top and had to be sent back(my boyfriend despises sour cream) so she took it back. Ok so they fixed it 10 to 12 min later we received them. Then, because time isn't on our side, they hold our wings back, so they can come out after our appetizer. So we finally get our wings and they're naked (now we know why she was asking us what kind of sauce or seasoning) . We start eating a wing each and realized that they weren't the original. So then that had to go back. When they finally brought the wings out they were hot fresh and just absolutely delicious. She checked on us and asked my boyfriend did he want another beer but didn't ask me. So I let it go. After she walked away my boyfriend asked oh did you want another beer? I said no and left it alone but yes i wanted another beer. I felt she was preoccupied with talking to her co workers while drinking starbucks, having long conversations with her other customers. Which is fine that she was giving them great conversations but our customer service suffered in the realm of our time and food. The only thing I ordered was my beer and we both asked for a tall and he asked for the sour cream on side, and he asked for the original wings and each time she got it wrong. At no time was it our fault at all. She finally went to break toward the end of our meal and the bartender that took her place was more attentive. I was glad to leave. Geeeeez!"

"The services was horrible my husband was the first one to order and never got his food until we ask where his food was. He was the last one to receive his food and was cold. Hated the services never coming here again. If you plan to come eat here don't because they take forever and will ignore you while other people that came before you get attended. Worse restaurant I went to."
