"My wife and I were for a good "ol Southern Comfort Soul Food hankern, but what we found in the Cafe Metro was 't good, it was delicious!! Oh, what a big jewel this place is; in Teaneck's Cedar Lane. Ben was our server, a very nice, amiable and polite young man, definitely a guard. For drinks my wife got a homely brewed Ginger beer, I decided to have hot cup Ginger Tea (it is cold). She immediately knew that her Ginger beer was made original and fresh! My Ginger tea had pure pieces from Ginger. The drinks meet the right place. For Entree she ordered the Fungi, which is corn flour with mixed okra, it came with Saltfish Eggplant. Oh, man! What a treat! Her meal was full of taste and the Saltfish tasted fresh. I ate Brown Stew Chicken, it came with rice peas, sweet curtains, vegetables. Oh so much taste, this food was great!! Kudos to Bernadine, she is a master chef who notices that she cooks with love. We have found a new and amazing place to eat some anti-guanas food!"

"It is a decent neighborhood sushi restaurant that generally serves low price sushi item in a fast food style 80s novelty conveyor belt system. I don't know that for a fact, but they don't seem to store their fish every day, so they have weekly specialties that squeeze salmon every Wednesday, for example. This means that depending on which day of the week you go, you will find sushi fresher than other days. Depending on what I see, I would sometimes go for more vegetables or shellfish sushi or even go for cooked items. Another factor affecting food quality is how long the piece of fish sits on the belt. Good thing is, they throw out the fish after a certain time, but you could ignorantly find a dish of sushi that is on the edge... so generally looking for discoloration, it is usually a good way to say freshness. You can also order whatever you see directly from the sushi bar, the same price and it usually tastes fresher. If you note how this place works, you have no problem finding this place convenient and pleasant."

"My wife and I were hankering for some good 'ol Southern Comfort Soul Food but what we found at Cafe Metro wasn 't good, it was stupendously delicious!! Oh what a great gem this place is; located in Teaneck 's Cedar Lane. Ben was our server, a very nice, amiable and polite young man, definitely a keeper. "It was a small place where it was so full of people to beat them. We waited for 45 minutes, but it was worth José making our server an enormous work with our party of six. All our orders were right and the food came right away. They gave us a stand that was small, but. Would recommend this place to everyone, only come with patience and time."

"Truffles were good. Beer on tap were a nice choice. The sound of the stage was well mixed. Would like to have more lighting for the Schurkensänger, who stood in front of the bigger stage, but it's what it is. It also cost the intermediate station. Seats of the front row to watch friends and enjoy the food and drink like a lazy adult."
