"旅行支援のクーポンが使える、マンテンホテルでもらったクーポンで寄りました。ビールが無料、プラスお得な御膳を割引料金でいただけるとあって、コアタイムは満席。事前の予約が必須です。もしくは20時以降に時間をずらすとよいです。この混雑は全国旅行支援が終わるまで続くでしょう。 セットの中では、天麩羅盛り合わせ、ホタルイカの沖漬け、紅ズワイガニのカニみそが美味しかったです。特にカニみそは白ご飯に混ぜて食べると絶品！ 次来ることがあれば、定食ではなく普通の刺身盛り合わせ、天麩羅盛り合わせ、カニみそを単品でお願いしたいです。"

"先日会食で利用させていただきました。 料理は一品一品がとても新鮮で美味しく、接客も親しみがあり丁寧で説明を聞くだけで料理もより一層美味しく感じられます。 オリジナルの鱒寿司も鱒が肉厚で他所とは違います。 店内には著名人の写真も沢山飾ってありますが富山に寄られた際には是非予約をして足を運んでいただきたいお店です。 今回は夏の利用でしたがまた冬に元祖鰤しゃぶ発祥の扇さんで鰤しゃぶもいただきたいと思います。 以下HPより 鰤しゃぶ元祖のわけ そもそも事の始まりは、富山の名家の方が京都のお寺様に氷見の寒ブリをお歳暮にお持ちされたことが始まりです。 お刺身、焼き物等々食された後、お寺のご住職は残った鰤の頭を「捨てるのがもったいない」と細かく刻んで、お酒で煮てポン酢で食されました。 それを一緒に食された富山の御方が鰤を残すことなく、こんなに美味しく食べれるなんてと感じられました。 ある日、（４０年ほど前）当店初代の店主が、名家様に呼ばれ、鰤をおろしに行ったところ、その食仕方を覚えてきました。 そして、当店のまかない食としました。 ご覧になったお客様が「食べたい」と仰ったので、常連のお客様のみ お出ししていました。 その美味しさは抜群で、何とかメニューにしてほしいと言われ、考案し残った鰤ではなく、現在のブリシャブにいたしました。 全国に広まった訳？ 長年ブリシャブをメニューにしていたのですが当店のホームページを都会の数社のテレビ局様がご覧になられ、 ご来店くださり放映してくださるようになりました。 また、有名な俳優さんでビールのコマーシャルに起用され「もったいない！」なんて言葉で表現してくださいました。 元来、「捨てるのがもったいない」で始まったはずが、美味しいブイを使い、上等のお酒を用いることからほんとうに「もったいない」といった鰤しゃぶになりました。 その後、全国に広まり、沢山のお店で鰤しゃぶをお出しされるようになり、またスーパーでブリシャブセットとして販売されるようになりましたがやはり、鰤は青み魚ですから美味しく頂くのは難しいです。 天然の鰤、お酒を使用されることが大事かと思います。 天然の寒ブリですから、お刺身で頂くのが基本です。また、塩焼きは絶品です。 しかし、このブリシャブは他店では味わえない、思い出の一つとなることは間違いないと思います。 どうぞ、大事な方と、ご家族と、記念の一ページに加えてください。"

"Now. it's so delicious. cauliflower salad, rice bowl with bark meat and cheese, they are delicious. they can choose different size of rice they want. I choose the medium and it comes bigger than my expectation. the bark is tender and good seasonal. the price is cheap and they can have a Korean cauliflower and water to accompany their food. this is the only place to dinner in toyama that was not a izakaya restaurant place for beer and snacks)"

"Great location. a short walk from the jr railway station. the employees were very helpful. we did not know that we had to order through the machines and the staff was very patient with us, who led us through the menu and helped us put a job. Eat tasted especially the raw white shrimp lunch box."

"I was taken by a business partner in the city. The counter was narrow and full. When I tried to eat all of the first clam shells, I was stopped halfway and lifted up in half, but after that I became a warship. was delicious. I was lucky to eat delicious white potatoes in Toyama with moderate whitening. The grip was also big and the eating response was great. Probably few tourists come and only locals think it is a secret spot. I want to go again. Thank you for the meal 市内のお取引先様に連れられて伺いました。カウンターは所狭しと満席状態でした。最初のばい貝のたたきは全部食べようとしたら、途中で止められて半分くらいで一旦引き揚げてもらいましたが、その後、軍艦になって出してもらいました。美味しかった。鰻の白焼も程よい焼き加減で富山で美味しい鰻が食べられラッキーでした。握りもネタが大きく食べ応えがありました。 恐らく観光客は殆ど来なくて地元の方ばかりだと思いますが穴場だと思いました。また行きたいです。ごちそうさまでした"
