"The old Geutsche is the Mecca of Triberg for tourists and hikers. The hostess and her husband are obsessed black forests and run their pub with a certain touch of Black Forests Flair. You can sit outside in a small beer garden in summer. Inside it is furnished as in an old farmhouse. A fireplace offers a favorable warmth in winter and the one or other black forest of schnapps becomes an all-round careless package (I speak from experience). The menu is limited to Vesper, warm and cold. What you need to eat when you arrive in the old sweetheart is the sausage salad with delicious fresh peasant bread! You must also have eaten the vasper plate! The parts are generally very large and also bring hungry people within their limits. Quality is not too short. Those who want to go and explore the Black Forest and set up the I-Tüpfelchen go to the Geutsche and can be worshipped by Annegret and your husband. Quasi Black Forests Charm, in the middle instead of Info: To the Christmas season she bakes Linzertorte. You don't get any better in the whole circle! Try it!"

"Looked great from the outside and the dining room was interesting and full of character. Regrettably, the food was poor and only just warm when it arrived. Processed schnitzel for my wife and not as stated ‘homemade’ ravioli for me. Food just wasn’t hot. Disappointing."

"The food and beer were good. We sat outside. It was very social atmosphere. We don't speak German very well but everyone engaged in a conversation between multiple tables. But what was really great was that the owners serve you and talk to you multiple...times during your meal. My husband engaged the owner in a conversation about their mutual love of blues music. Very enjoyable."
