"We were looking forward to our visit to the meatery hearing it frequently advertised on the radio and in a great location.Upon entry we were given a nice table near the fire and the atmosphere was quite lively.The first waiter took our meal order quite quickly but left without asking about drinks and left all our menus. The next waiter took our drink order and forgot the water when he came back but at least took the menus away when he brought the drinks.The food came out quickly although one meal was incorrect, it was sent back and came back out quite fast, lucky it was a burger.Our daughter enjoyed her burger. Our steak and ribs were tasteless. The ribs were quite tender but there was no flavour in the baste, no sticky sweet sauce, it seemed like they hadn't been basted for anywhere near long enough.The 400g T-bone was paper thin and more like a minute steak. The baste was the same with a slightly off smell. My husband likened it to bin juice.The side salad and chips were excellent.We passed on dessert and went elsewhere. Recommend going somewhere else if you like food.Good Points: Location, atmosphere, side salad, friendly welcomeBad Points: Steak and Ribs (Main meals), inconsistent service"

"I thought I had already written a review, however when I came here to thank you for the outstanding service last night, I noticed I hadn't left a review yet. So I'm doing it now. We have always had excellent meals from BSM. Couldn't fault it. BSM will always be one of our favourite restaurants! However last night I was impressed yet again. We ordered take away and when I arrived to collect it, your lovely staff apologised that it was not quite ready. This was totally understandable. One quick glance around the room and down the stair case, it was obvious the restaurant was bustling. I didn't mind waiting, of course. I love that this restaurant is busy! But your staff went the extra mile. They offered me a table to wait at, and not only that, they brought me a drink and some prawn chips to snack on while I waited. Wow. I love you guys!!! Keep up the amazing work Jules Will!! Not only do you serve fantastic food, but you have a team that rocks! And thank you to your staff for being so lovely. I truly felt like I was in Bali getting the complete Balinese experience with how caring they were. Xo"
