"It took us a while to find it a beautiful hidden gem, genuine Italian ingredients all freshly prepared, very tasty and genuine Italian beer such as Ichnusa! The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome, can't wait to go back and go through the whole menu! I really love it and would recommend it to everyone "

"Came in to watch the Rangers v Hearts game whilst on holiday at the Lanzarote Princess up the road. Place buzzing. Mobbed 30 mins before kickoff. Decent drinks and cheapest round of drinks we had n the area."

"We did the short Lanzarote tour and we were collected from the hotel at 9am and we were brought here at 9:15am to get us ready for the day I understand that the tour guides have relationships with these places that 's the way it works, I get it but this was just a complete hustle. we were told before we got off the bus that you can only us the toilets if you buy something or if you pay to do so because water is a precious commodity on Lanzarote but not if you 're willing to pay for it, it would seem.... Overpriced, stale baked goods and surly, rude staff. None of the people working here should be working in hospitality, such a bad ambassadors for the island. I 'd NEVER visit here again."

"Family dinner for 9. Absolute shambles. Burger brought out with starters and then brought out again with main courses , but not even warmed up. Ribs server ice cold in the middle. All other food very average. Not worth the money."

"We decided on a late breakfast but upon arriving and knowing what we wanted, we were ignored for almost 10 mins. When served we could only order drinks as a different waitress takes the food order and another different one for the bill (after asking for bill, it was a further 10 min wait so I got up and paid for it). Food we weee told would be half hour, it was but due to waiting we didn’t eat I til being there over an hour due to system. I can only assume with England women World Cup game on they were busy but surely a bar like this is geared up for sporting events. The food when it arrived was chucked down at us, no used glasses or cups were removed or an offer of further drinks as this waitress didn’t do drinks. One waitress was very rude, made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them. Many families didn’t wait, they had drinks and left around us. The Guinness I had wasn’t great. It was overfilled and the whole glass was covered in Guinness on the outside. Being an Irish bar I was looking forward to that pint. Overall the food was nice, just ruined by the wait and the service. We wasn’t allowed to amend any of breakfasts. It was set in stone so that wasn’t ideal. Such a shame."
