"Hotel was nice in great location. Breakfast buffet every morning with plethora of choices plus an omelette station Lizette was always there and always had a smile and greeted me cheerfully every morning! I was in Ireland for work, so it just helped starting my work day with good vibes! Location was great, my room overlooked the River Liffey. However, the cleanliness could have been better. One day, I came back to discover no towels and the carpet didn’t look vacuumed. Another day, one towel looked dirty and again carpet not vacuumed. Basically every day the carpet did not look vacuumed but I did see housekeeping actively cleaning the rooms. Then one day I saw the vacuum cleaner in the hall, so then I thought maybe they vacuum on certain days but my carpet still looked the same like it hadn’t been done. So I think there is something wrong with the vacuum they are using or someone has the setting wrong and it is not picking up the dirt. There were some other issues like not taking the trash etc but the carpet is my main peeve. I might stay here again because it wasn’t upseting but if there was something comparable in price that was cleaner I would go there instead.
