"Got burger, fries and a coke. First time, not the last. Fries were great but half gone before I got home, glad it was a large. Burger was a veggi burger w/cheese, yeah I know, cheese, but I guess I just love cheese and I know it's not vegetarian. Just a little lower cost than other similar stands I frequent but I feel a little better. Tried figuring it out, maybe no tomato, couldn't figure it out. Really enjoyed and can't wait until next time maybe I'll try something else."

"Finding Aloha Cafe was a diviner for our wedding. Myy Mann and I had dreamed of having Hawaiian Mixplate Food for our wedding. After some time of search we finally found Aloha Cafe and planned a tasting with Jennifer. The variety of dishes offered were all delicious and exactly what we were looking for. Although AC could not offer full service catering, we have them for our wedding appetizers (Spam musubi! and buffet food. The menu included green salad, Mac salad, white rice, Kalbi ribs, Teriyaki salmon and Teriyaki chicken. I can't express enough how helpful and engaged Jennifer was throughout the process. It was very generous and proactive to help us, things like banana leaves, bamboo plates, utensils, bulk solids dry food, etc. The banana leaves were a large part of our wedding design (we put them on the guest tables with the appetizers above in an ode to Filipino style kamayan. Jennifer was thrilled by our guests with food restrictions and created vegan mix plates and musubis for them. One of our guests could have pork so they made a special chicken musubi only for them! She also took the time to ensure that everything was discarded, set up and served properly. Our guests enjoyed their meals, which was another experience of regular wedding dinners. My only regret is not eating anymore! In addition to the catering, the restaurant itself is top notch. Delicious food and amazing service. LA is lucky to have a jewel that is Aloha Cafe!"

"Went here on a random moment today. I already know the type of restaurant this is so I was prepared. I ordered a simple cheeseburger meal with a coke and pastrami sandwich extra mustard and pickels. They put extra for sure. It was grilled. I don't know if they offer not grilled pastrami. I did not ask. All in all it was busy we got our food in about 7min. Not bad. We left and ate everything. It was tasty. I knew it was going to be good because that first French fry was amazing. Steak fries btw. Cheers. Enjoy."
