"I came here for dinner after playing soccer, so I arrived tired and hungry. I used my saved up points to get a McChicken, but the guy 2 vehicles ahead of me had to have this whole conversation at the first window. Like if he wanted to, he could've pulled forward and figured things out without stopping the whole line. So I jumped out of line and told the second window I wanted a McChicken, showing them the app, which now had a different number. The manager, Geo talked to me and told me to pull to one of the spots and just come in, so I did and he gave me my McChicken. Then I noticed the app had taken out points for 2 McChickens, so I told Geo that it was my fault for cutting in line and to take his time getting me the second one. He took a little time, but was true to his word. Geo is a good manager, he was in a tough spot with everyone complaining and he took care of me. Thank you, Geo."

"Looking at the small churches chicken you would think it would be maintained a whole lot better. Nasty floors make me not trust the food. Nasty looking people make me not trust the food. Flip flops in a kitchen make me skeptical, none uniforms make me think they came off the street and didn't wash hands before they started cooking... SMH SMH"

"This was not a good night for KFC 12/3/2022 Hulen in Ft Worth. Biscuits were so hard that we couldn't eat them. The tenders were so dry. I didn't get the sauce I chose for her. Not even the records I requested. And they had the order in the van without a name on it. No real customer service. A young gentleman in the dining room spoke and had to ask about my order that I put online, which was a pickup in the delivery without a day on it. 8 pieces 8 delicate meal and was very disappointed by quality and service."
