"I was in town to see a concert and looked for a place to eat before I go. Came across here and When I walked in I was greeted by some friendly staff saying to sit anywhere we choose. We ordered drinks and they were pretty good. We did order food but unfortunately it wasn't the greatest. Boneless BBQ wings were dry and not that pleasant overall and mozz sticks were cold. there was also a bunch of nats flying around. Service and drinks were great, so for that I recommend"

"Similar to a few other reviews, this was my first visit to Wissota and it was disappointing. The French onion soup I ordered was good. The $45 steak I had was not. I mentioned to ,I think, a manager that it could use some seasoning, and she said they don'tseason their steaks. That baffled me as minimally I would think a steak would be seasoned with salt and pepper. A good steakshould not require additional toppings to make it taste good. For the side we had the whipped potatoes, I thought there was acheese crust on the top but it was just burnt. The edges were charred black, and did not leave a good taste in the mouth. Forthe price I was expecting a higher quality. But I'm wondering if because this is a chain restaurant attached to a hotel chain,if that is why the prices are elevated. Next time I will drive down to Milwaukee for a steak dinner, or make it at home myself."
