"This is probably the single nicest customer service experience I have ever had. We were staying nearby the Market and I happened to get to the market about 30 min before they opened. The Market location is located in an air conditioned section behind glass doors. Since I got there early I was hesitant to enter the glass doors but the employees welcomed me in and were happy to answer questions I had, even before they officially opened. They also took my order 20 min before they formally opened and were very gracious dealing with my indecisiveness (because everything looked and sounded amazing). At check out, the woman helping me (I’m kicking myself for not catching her name) said “there was so extra space in the box so I threw in 2 more biscuits and also some Gingerbread biscuits since I made you wait so long” (this was during the Holiday season). Mind you: they opened early for me and then apologized for taking a long time (which they didn’t; it was super fast) by essentially doubling my order for free for no reason. I have very rarely felt compelled to come back and write a review, positive or negative. But this was different. The biscuits and accoutrements are amazing and well worth any wait, but the customer service was even better. Highly recommend"

"Everything we got was amazing!! I got a specialty drink called the campfire retreat with cinnamon espresso, caramel, and vanilla and it was so delicious! The breakfast sandwiches also so delicious! I got a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and it's so big with fluffy eggs! My boyfriend got an egg sandwich on an everything bagel and the bagel is superb."

"It 's hard to put into words how terrible the food is here. It 's the worst possible incarnation of an airport restaurant . Just cafeteria high school food at best but I don 't even think it 's that good. The Philly Cheese steak was imposingly bad. Flavorless meat and disgusting vegetables with hardly any cheese. There was 2 ounces of meat, enough for like 1/4th the terrible of bread. The pickle was the end chopped off a pickle. Unsurprisingly, not good fries either.Chicken Noodle Soup out of a bag or can that had sat around all day getting mushy and flavorless.Nothing ordered was good. An embarrassing restaurant."
