"The food was great. It took an hour just to get our appetizer. We were there over 2 hours. They automatically added gratuity to our table of 6, which they only hurt themselves when they did it. Service was not a 5 star. I just felt like the waiter could have been more attentive. We ordered one of the specials, which was $65. The prices were what I was expecting. They did nothing special for the birthdays we were celebrating. The steak was really good and so tender with a crisp to the outside. I would go back."

"Horrible horrible horrible. We just went to go get a good shake for the family. First it takes a couple minutes to even take my order at the drive thru speaker. Then we proceed to wait for 30 minutes in the line of only 3 cars to get to the window. Then Ipay for everything with my card and after a couple minutes they tell us to pull up. After another couple of minutes they tell usthe ice cream machine is not working!!?? So they take my card for the refund and come back with my card and cash. Only $12!. Ididn?t even get my cents back. If you are going to refund you should pay your customers in full! Worst customer service I?veever experienced! Need workers that take pride in their work. This is coming from a young worker too like come on do better."

"We were told that we had to wait 16 minutes for fresh chicken, instead we waited for 30 minutes and the chicken was not burned fresh! and paid 31.99 for a sixteen piece last night on hearn st. that was the worst service ever! if we had food poisoning, I would have to sue the restaurant! they said they were down there, last chicken bag, but that was also a lie. I am very disappointed by the people who represent this franchise, and since even proud of what they do! especially their task to do that only by not honest with the customer, that says much about them as an individual. If you know better, you do better!"

"The menu boards light was out had to pull around to the window no one there to wait on us workers looked at us and walked the other way finally after about 10 minutes of sitting there someone waited on me. The car behind me left without being waited onthe car in front of me was still waiting when I left with my order. Very very poor service. They were having a Halloween partyand we're ignoring their customers. I will never go to this Kentucky fried Chicken again ????"

"Stopped by to pick up breakfast for a large event on a Sunday morning. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ordered 3 dozen items from donuts, kolaches, croissants, boudin, biscuits, drinks, etc... They were very helpful and patient as I was looking for a little bit of everything.Nice selection of both jalapeno and plain versions of their kolaches and boudin. Their croissants and biscuits also had about 3 different varieties to choose from. Large variety of donuts from glazed, cake, traditional, filled, twists, old fashioned, fritters, cinnamon rolls, etc...Everything was very fresh and flavorful. I can't say I preferred any item over the other as they were all very good. Everyone had nothing but compliments."

"My husband, who had the best sugar donut ever in Greece, says these cinnamon twists are just like them. He says he has actually drooled when he went for a bite. ? THE PROBLEM: half the time, when he goes in there on a Sunday at 9:00 a.m., there are none! He can 't understand how they could run out of something that is so desirable that they are so often sold out! Double the batch, for Pete 's sake! he says. He gets grumpy when he 's deprived of this donut."
