"Came here to order my son lunch. Ordered a happy meal and one extra cheeseburger. They didn’t take my order right. Then when I needed to correct it they refused to. I was asking to purchase another cheeseburger bc they were the ones who didn’t take my order right. The weird Mexican manager closed the window on me and my 8 year old son when I was trying to ask if I can just order it real quick so my son can have his lunch. She cussed at me and told me to get out of her line that she will not add it for me. Very nice girl came to the window and asked what was going on. She told her manager to relax and stop talking to us like that, then gave it to us for free. Never coming here again. A regular employee should not be having to apologize for their managers behavior."

"A great place to spend time! As a graduate of ASU, I was looking for a good cafe to hangout and doing my tasks. Infusion has a great ambience to help you focus on your work. I tried the food here and I found it at a reasonable price and delicious. The coffee here is worth dying! I had the Cafe Mocha and I loved it. This is one of those places I am happy to visit frequently. Also, it could sometimes be crowded, in this case it would not be a great place to study."

"I set up an late breakfast meeting here on a Friday. At the last minute I had to take my son with me. The place looks very modern At first glance when walking in. The kitchen is exposed so you can see people cooking and the smell of waffles fills the air. This is a great think because my son loves waffles and pancakes. I ordered the waffles with whipped cream and fruit to share with the boy and James, my friend ordered the same. We were one of a few folks that were at the restaurant so our food came pretty quickly. It was delicious, the amount was enough to share the plate, my son and I each had a waffle. He took majority of the whipped cream. This place does a great job with service. I don’t think it’s set up that well for kids though. My son took the pen that was meant for the little maze and games they gave him and wrote all over the new tables. Then he was pulling apart the table decor and using it to hit things. While I was stopping him, he’s 3, and I felt bad that he was going crazy on nice things. The staff too the decor at one point lol. This place was a great experience and the food was good. Sorry about your table! :"

"So I was 30 minutes on the car thru just to get a raw kartoffel, the wrong chicken bugs that were cold, and half a full chili. I called and called and called. they don't pick up the phone. I don't want to sit in a line, another 30 minutes so they can fix it, so I guess I have to go in tomorrow when the kittens open and give them back their food. I'm not happy at all."
