"Absolutely amazing restaurant. My family and I are locals and we came across this place by random for Sunday brunch and decided to go in. Let me tell you, we are SO glad that we did. We had such an amazing experience..I hardly know where to start. The gorgeous, quaint setting in mid city with the large open windows to watch the street cars pass by and great jazz music playing to start off brunch were the first things we noticed. Then, our server was the most inviting, welcoming, enthusiastic person we could've asked for. I believe her name was Cathy and she should get all the credit she deserves. Now, the FOOD! OUT OF THIS WORLD. Oh my goodness, we ordered a bit of a variety and ended up sharing all of our food because it was all SO phenomenal. This place really knows how to create an outstanding, diverse menu and execute their dishes to absolute perfection. And to top it all off, one of the owners (or the owner's daughter, I believe? , came and checked on us and then proceeded to talk to us for a while about the background of the restaurant and our entire experience. That is the kind of personal touch that you just can't put a price on. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. This place was so great to us that we made such great memories here that we've already declared it an official tradition for us to return here whenever we all get together again."

"Great food and good service! I came here for brunch and sat in the outside area they built out in the front of the restaurant. This area of Downtown Napa is a little more quiet compared to others so it was enjoyable to sit outside and take in the beauty of the town while I ate. I had the Petaluma Chicken Emanada and a bowl of fruit. My goodness the empanada was sooo delicious. I ordered a champagne drink that had a scoop of raspberry sorbet in it (I can?t remember what it was called) and it was very refreshing and a perfect brunch drink pairing."

"For some restaurants, a Croque Monsieur is whatever they want it to be. This is one of those places. The bread is sliced twice as thick at it ordinarily would be so that the primary ingredient is bread and it dominates the preparation. The ham is paper thinly sliced unlike any ham you would get in France. The Gruyère was hard to find. Nor could you call the restaurant a bargain. A medium sized glass of sparkling Lemonade is $4.50 which is nearly twice the going rate at nearby establishments. Now my eating companion did like the polenta with mushrooms and the macaroni and cheese, which we shared, was well above average. These two factors are the only reason to give the restaurant 3 stars and certainly not my Croque."
