"If I planned ahead, I would have ordered ahead of time. First time this location, street parking, cool music vibe if you didn't know. Super convenient location between my work and the wife's so I can surprise her with lunch. Sandwiches are awesome, so are the salads. They do Door Dash. Check out their menu, it has a lot to choose from."

"Really good. My only complaint is there is only one sorbet flavor (peach). I wish they had mango or rasberry sorbet. Some people cant have milk products so sorbet is the best option. But overall they package well and it is delicious!"

"Great panini's and salad combos. Must Try Curry Chicken panini, Cancun Spicy chicken panini. They have daily lunch special combo too. Teriyaki Chicken with rice/salad is my favorite. This is one of my ideal lunch spots. Must try when around entertainment district."

"I paid 14$ for 2 little shitty pieces 2 little wings amd paid extra for one chicken breast amd went back on amd asked if that was standard for a 3 piece meal amd they said yes and totally blew me off aill never fo back to cannon st in Hamilton"

"We went through the drive-thru, and my family dinner order was filled with chicken wings and other mystery pieces (no thighs, no legs, no breast pieces). I called in, and the manager was willing to replace it, but I wasn't going to drive all the way back to pick it up. I'm hoping this was a one-off. Check your order before you get home."

"The customer service is awful here. There has been two instances where they short the food that is supposed to be given. Then fight you over it and refuse to give you what you paid for. I thankfully have been reimbursed by the company because I called and reported this behaviour. Always voice your concerns. Don’t tolerate poor customer service!"

"We spent almost 300$ dollars on various items and every single dish was really bad. The chicken felt super oily and burnt not the usual kfc that I’m used to , no ice machine either for drinks ."

"Yesterday 's experience at this location was enough to make me warn customers to Be Aware! The man filling the orders, claiming to be the manager, 'Syed ', fails on all health regulations.While packing my food, the box containing my order broke open and the food came pouring out.He did not go back to the oven and get me fresh chicken, but instead put the spilled food right back into another box. No gloves, no utensils, just his bare hands. I had requested certain chicken pieces, which the nice lady at the register confirmed and 'Syed ' lied and said he put them in, later to discover this was no true. When I called back to the store after I got home to comlain to the manager, 'Syed ' lied again and said someone would call me at 5pm and rectify the problem. I 'm still waiting for the call, the next day. This location has gone so downhill since this manager has started here."
