"All vegan options with deli-style ordering. We tried the jackfruit Philly cheesesteak and the beet burger and both were soooo good! The bread was fresh and soft, and this was the closest imitation to a Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had. The beet burger was moist and delicious with a cabbage slaw on top. There are a million other things I would try on this menu! ETOP: went back twice since and tried the meatball sub, chickn parm, and potato skins (all excellent). The chickn club was so-so, as was the fritter sandwich. Casual café by day turns into full-on restaurant and vegan bar at night. Updated from previous review on 2022-08-21"

"As a vegetarian I prefer no meat. The lady doing the kale salad was mad and unpleasant. Did not want to serve me and my friend. Was in a rush with an attitude, and the place was not even busy. She asked us to order everything at once…Maybe she was having a bad day… bad vibes… no reasons for that. Terrible customer service."

"Bistecca is our GO-TO steakhouse for special occasions. The food is AMAZING (you can see pics of blackened scallops, crab cake, salmon Oscar and Lamp Chops attached to my review), but the service is also 5-star FANTASTIC! "Lunchtime during the exploration of the insel washington. amazing sandwich and even better apple wine made here on the island. it does not seem to be a bad object in the menu. beautiful small sitting corner outside in water, very pet-friendly."

"This place is worth a try. the croquettes were very delicious and creamy and the paella was one of the best. we felt that this place was better than fiola mare (sorry team trabocchi.) the tasty, Mediterranean coastal fragrances on the way to the washroom they felt they wanted to go back to their table for their next dish. great aura and ambiente to the square."

"My family went in last summer only to be unwelcomed by the employees who were horsing around and laughing hysterically. This is the Douglas Ave. location. The entrance had a trash can that was knocked over. Trash was up against the door and strewn all over. We loved going there. We miss the good employees. Is it still like this?"

"Delicious! Service was mediocre. They weren't very busy but our server wasn't around much. I would definitely return though and recommend to others. We were on a girl's labor day weekend and everyone really enjoyed their meals. I shared chips with blue cheese fondue, eggplant with whipped ricotta, a burger, and side of spinach with my sister. Everything was yummy!"
