"This little cafe was quite a find for a delicious breakfast with atmosphere at a good price. Compared to another cafe in the area it was very good value. The muesli berries and yoghurt were very nice and fresh and the freshly squeezed orange juice at $5 for a latrge glass was terrific value. The eggs were perfectly cooked as per my request and friendly and prompt service made it worthwhile reviewing I felt. Considering it is surrounded by rubble from the roadworks happening right outside it was buzzing with people so obviously I am not alone in my opinion."

"My partner and I wandered down Hay Street early on a Saturday and not much was open. The first place we spotted was Jean Pierre Sancho and figured we might as well eat there. Unfortunately we were limited in choices as a lot of their products either have almonds or come in contact with these products in their displays and my partner is highly allergic. We ended up settling on the ham and cheese croissants and boy were we happy. They are hands down the best we've ever had and were very pleased. Only downside is they are moderately expensive, but that's just Perth I guess."

"Great little cafe, beautiful design and very friendly staff!!! Stopped in for a quick espresso which was spot on, smashed a doughnut as well and couldn't have asked for more in a sweet little dessert. Will definitely be back"

"Love it. This little cafe used to be owned by two guys, hence the comment by the reviewer below. And agree that one of them was particularly seedy! I used to avoid this place like the plague!<br/>However, since it has changed ownership, I couldn't be happier. The staff are amazing and friendly (and little things like remembering your name and how you take your coffee is really important! , and most importantly the coffee is great! The food is fresh and exciting, and well priced.<br/>Definitely THE best place mid terrace for coffee and foodage needs!"

Had no doubts that emmanuels new sit down cafe on howard st would serve the same level of truly outstanding coffee as the original ristretto in 160 central. nothing but the finest ingredients and roasting practices finished off by well trained, passionate and friendly staff. since opening in 2010, over half of our 100 office staff have made this place their new regular for coffee. always a good atmosphere as well. range of fresh made stecca rolls are very tasty as well!"
