"Delicious food, great ambience and great service! Not the kitchen’s fault but I ordered pasta and didn’t know it was angelhair- it was a little bit overcooked. The restaurant is also a bit on the pricier side- paid $95 total (including tip) for 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, and a dessert. All in all good food though and definitely great after a long day in Poughkeepsie."

"Mapleview really has the greatest homemade ice cream ever! To say I'm obsessed is an understatement. I send everyone I know there. The flavors change constantly and they use fresh local ingredients. Last summer's raspberry and cream, and sweet corn with blueberry are two flavors that will forever have a piece of my heart. The owners are wonderful and the food is surprisingly delicious. They made me a custom ice cream birthday cake that everyone was crazy about. In my opinion Mapleview is the hidden gem of the Hudson Valley."
