"Today we had the food of wonderful goodness at the Bistro Haddonfield. The prices were affordable and we loved what we had. I had the chicken salad and it was absolutely perfection! Ed had the Cheeseburger with Fries and it knocked out his socks! We can't wait to come back. It was worth an hour drive, and we'll be back. We met Nick and Christine was our server and she was great! The place is immaculately clean, the people who work there seem to love what they do, the owner takes care of the customers as well as the food that is ready to keep everyone happy and want to come back for more in the furture. We loved this without end and we are so overjoyed that we discovered such a wonderful place to eat and that the wallet did not break. My Filo Dessert was brilliant and it was also an artwork. The plate was decorated with honey and powder sugar and the presentation was beautiful. I love this institution more than I can enter. I'll rave and rave and rave more. Thank you. Nick, you'll introduce us and share a recipe for your chicken salad. The service was amazing, the prices are amazing and we are so happy that we discovered your Restaraunt today. That was amazing! Thank you for everything you do and for the way you take care of your customers and the wonderful staff you have!"

"My husband and I recently dined at Braise. It was a last minute decision and we had no idea what to expect. Our food was delicious, fresh, innovative and fun. We tried some new dishes such as the wild boar Osso bucco, and a lip smacking dessert called Elvis Presly cake. it was a poundcake base with peanut butter and crispy bacon. A little scoop of ice cream topped it off. So yummy. The beet salad was really good as well. Criticism would be that many things were served with an egg of some type. I know this is the new way of adding protein to a dish, but for my taste my choices would have widened had only one dish contained an egg and not 4 dishes. I think the soup sounded very interesting, but did not try because of the poached egg. I do hope that this restaurant flies. Mark is a talented chef. We will return. And I have to try the brussel sprouts with duck bacon."
