"The all you can eat menu is well worth the money, and so tasty. The takeaway is also so good, if a little more expensive than some takeaways. "We visited on the 3/12/22 as a family of 13 , when we booked they asked us all to pre book our food ,which we did . We booked for 7pm for the table and 7.30pm for food to start , we got our food at 9.15pm ? We did ask the owner what was going on as he did make a thing about pre ordering which we did ? He said it will be here when it’s here ? I was gob smacked at how rude he was . When the food arrived it came out in bit by bit , some of our food was Luke warm , I mentioned to the owner that my food not hot and his reply was shall I stick it in the microwave for you ? I was appalled? Needless to say we didn’t pay the full bill , the waiting on staff where fantastic and couldn’t fault them at all , but the owner I don’t know how this business keeps going with a attitude like that . Never would I give this business my money again and I only paid half of my food bill"

"Decided to eat here on a Friday night and made a last minute booking table for 2 people. We ate in the main restaurant. Arrived early expecting to have a drink in the bar as it seemed busy, but the member of staff made our table ready for us. He was very welcoming and, having never visited before, we were really impressed by the atmosphere and decor. And the size! It's like a Tardis. We had arancini to start amazing. I could have eaten this as a main, too. My husband had a pizza, which he enjoyed very much. I had chicken and potatoes. I'm not a fan of chicken on the bone but this was wonderful. For me, the best part of the meal with the tiramisu for dessert. My husband enjoyed an espresso (he'd nicked on of my arancini so was stuffed). Wonderful food. Staff were incredibly on the ball and drinks were brought out very quickly. Difficult to find the balance between speed and pushiness, the every member of staff who served us managed to do so. The only thing I would say is that I don't appreciate having a service charge added to my bill for two people dining. Whilst I generally do tip, I prefer this to be at my own discretion. On this occasion, the server removed it in advance because she had forgotten to add a side dish to our order. I honestly didn't care as I wouldn't have managed it so we tipped, but that was our choice. Wonderful food, service and atmosphere. Can't wait to return."
