"Where do I begin? My si in-law booked this place for my other sis in-law's bridal shower. There was about 18 of us in a private room. The service was very poor, the server( not sure if he is the manger or what) seemed irritated with our group and everything anyone asked a question he snapped at them or answered rudely. It was almost like he did not want us there or could not wait to get rid of us, it was the weirdest feeling. My husband had to ask to order a drink 3 times, salad had salad dressing missing, refused to allow changes to food selection and when someone at th table did not like their food selection and wanted to change it, he refused, despite the person not having eaten it. He said they would have to pay for the new order and the old. I remember the server snapping at one of the guests because they had moved their plate and was suppose to keep it in a specific spot on the table.Everyone seemed disappointed with his behaviour. While we had to wait a bit for everyone to arrive, it took forever for the food to be cooked and served. I was starving by the time we ate. I had scallops as part of my good which was not edible. It tasted like rubber, no flavour and seemed old, not fresh so I could not eat it. Their jumbo shrimps were tiny and their fried rice was boring and disappointing. While the people who cooked our food live as part of the show tried very hard to be fun and entertaining, the quality and taste of the food was poor. Everything lacked seasoning, even simple salt and pepper seemed to be missing. The only thing that tasted half decent was their vegetables, but barely,. Even their ice cream dessert tasted off( how do you mess up green tea ice cream???). The cost of food was also expensive, between my husband and I we spent almost $100 in total. My husband told me he had seen the total for our whole table and everything came about to about $1000, so I did not understand for a restaurant to. Are that much just from one group of people in less than 3 hours why the service was so poor. Their food is comparable to going to a fast food japanes/ Chinese restaurant and definitely not worth your money. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Even their washroom was dirty, toilets not working properly and smelled terrible. Will not be coming back"
