"Heute das erste mal dort gewesen und wir kommen wieder. Auch ohne Reservierung einen Tisch für 2 Personen bekommen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portion war sehr groß. Nettes Ambiente. An der Salatbar kann man sich seinen Salat selbst zusammenstellen. Sehr leckeres Hausdressing. Went there today for the first time and we will be back. Got a table for 2 even without a reservation. The food was very tasty and the portion was very large. Nice ambiance. You can put together your own salad at the salad bar. Very tasty house dressing."

"I was recommended this place by a local, but was disappointed. The food IS good, but there are many places in Essen selling Italian food that is just as good or better, for a fraction of the price, and with larger portions. The wine is...pricey but very good. A cheaper house wine just isn't available. The waiter was a bit of a jerk as he said trust me' on the wine choice, then joked' (or was it? that it was only 15 euros a glass. For the rest of the meal I wondered how much it actually was, before getting a more decent 7 euros confirmed on the bill. The decor is more in need of an upgrade than retro, and the service not particularly warm unless you're one of the regulars or large groups spending the real money."

"Earlier this week an English colleague and I tried this restaurant, although hardly anyone was inside. first positive points: they had a menu in English language and the choice of food was huge. secondly, the quality of the food was very good, be it. the great mixed salad, be it the pasta and also the tiramisu. the prices were also ok. What brought us to smile were the wrong walls, i.e., as if old walls were. should there be a cosyness?"

"The restaurant is welcome in the hotel. it is not huge but has enough places. in the summer you can also sit in a yard drausse protected by all sides. the food quality is very high, the service is very friendly and attentive. the restaurant is very modern and brightly decorated. it is worth visiting this restaurant whether business or private."
