"The food was good but the service was even better. We got a table without reservation, no problem. Highly recommended!"

"I don't get the one star review at all. We had dinner. There's no doubt that Le Yeti has an image issue. The silly Yeti model by the entrance isn't exactly enticing. The room at night is over-lit and the style a bit old fashioned. But don't let this put you off. The service is spot on, and the food excellent. Most of us had the 'Cannibal experience' - a hot plate with beef, duck and chicken to cook on it. Comes with a plate of dips, potato and veg pie thing. Two had delicious salads. Wine list reasonably priced. We all loved it - it just needs a makeover! Six of us with a bottle of wine, 3 beers and soft drinks, one course only, about €200. Fair value."

"Tucked on a ledge about 3 km below Isola 2000 on the road to Isola Village is Chez Mme Phok. It is easy to miss--don't. A friend and I had dinner surrounded by people who clearly knew each other and the region and were not newcomers to the restaurant. After tasting our appetizers of Spring rolls and fried Asian ravioli we knew we were in for a treat. The spring rolls came with pieces of fresh leaf lettuce to use as a wrap as we dipped them in the two sauces. Though the ravioli was described as fried, it was not crisp--a bit more like a sautéed Chinese pot sticker. For our main dishes we ordered Cantonese duck and Cantonese pork. Both were excellent and each sauce reflected a combination of spices to enhance that particular meat. Our total meal including wine, appetizers, and main dishes was approximately 80€. Reservations are recommended."
