"Das Restaurant Anker befindet sich unten im gleichnamigen Hotel und ist ebenfalls in einem industriell-gemütlichen Stil gehalten. Ein offener Raum mit sehr hohen Decken und einer Bar im vorderen Teil lädt zum Verweilen. Es wird zwar etwas laut, aber man kann sich trotzdem relativ gut unterhalten. Der Service war freundlich und trotz vollem Restaurant, inklusive zwei grösseren Gruppen effizient.Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut und die Gänge wurden allen jeweils gleichzeitig serviert (bei acht Personen keine Selbstverständlichkeit :-).Fazit: definitiv ein tolles Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen; der erste Besuch schreit definitiv nach Wiederholung. Nicht ganz günstig, aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Nur der Hype ist für meinen Geschmack etwas zu gross im Moment."

"First tip make a reservation. We couldn’t get in Friday or Saturday for dinner so we went for lunch. Glad we did. This place makes delicious pasta. You pick your pasta and sauce from the counter and then they make for you. Yum! Hipster vibe...to the place. Definitely recommend it as a good option to escape tourist restaurants with bland food."

"Husband and I were looking for a quiet place to enjoy a drink after looking into our hotel. this place was directly opposite. the waiting staff was pleasant and the beer was cold. we decided to sit outside as it was a nice day. many seats are available, but space filled when people came out of work. did not try to eat."

"The staff was so nice and friendly, and even though we had to wait a little (the restaurant was very crowded), they apologized for it and the quality of our meals was worth the wait. We’ll remember this place for our next trip to Lucerne."

"Valentino cute restaurant. The manager/owner/waiter was super I believe he was the only one serving, and did an excellent job very attentive and quick. Food was good many options besides pizza. A little pricey, although I guess everything in Luzerne is...pricey family of 4 dinner came to 185.30 although the bottle of wine was 52.00 so maybe not so bad. Would recommend and return."

"It's kind of touristy but the location is perfect which is next to the lake with the beautiful view. The food for lunch may not be swiss, so I recommend you to come here for coffee or just for a break. I the morning, you will see the nice view with less people."

"Wir waren heute zu zweit im Ampersand essen.Das Fleisch war sehr hohe Qualität und auch die Garstufe war gut.Nur leider war der Service sehr schlecht.Die Vorspeise wurde uns schnell serviert und auch schnell die leeren Teller abgeräumt.Der Hauptgang wurde serviert und ab dann haben wir gute 45 Minuten kein Servicepersonal mehr gesehen.Wir waren fast alleine im Restaurant.Beim Teller abräumen haben wir dann die Dessertkarte bestellt, leider kam auch da 20min lang niemand um unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen.Wir verlangten die Rechnung und sind in ein anderes Restaurant um das Dessert zu genießen.Wir werden leider in Zukunft das Ampersand meiden ."
