"Simply, Singola is probably the best vegetarian/vegan restaurant actually in Sicily. Since I discovered it, I have never stopped to go there for enjoying the excellent food. The menu changes depending on season, so, you can always find something different, but basically you have 4-5 starters, 4-5 different kind of pasta/rice/soups and 4 seconds. You also have some very nice desserts. What I prefer of Singola, and it is also its strongest point, is the semplicity of the recipies (they always use no more than 3-4 ingredients) but at the same time the extraordinary taste they have. The price is good considering they only use organic food. Never forget: before being an excellent veg restaurant, Singola is an excellent restaurant, from all points of view."
