"Some nice children finally work there, past experiences were not so fast or polite, but I had a Hankering for a Swenson sweet burger. I'm glad these kids actually run and offer the best service I had there. The company over the years has really gone downhill, seems as if they do something that really brings better help. Stop the good work John and Gavin!"

"Ordered online when my son went to pick up food the kid behind counter said they were out of potpies so they canceled the order, even though I received an email stating the food was ready. When I made the trip there since my card was charged 75.00 theyacted like they didn't talk to my son.Asked for refund since I received no food and of course they couldn't do it had to callthe number made the so called manager Xaiver aware that I had been calling his store which was hooked to a fax machine and the800 number no one available. I got on website tried to get my money back, the following morning I did finally get ahold of aperson who was to get me my refund it has been 2 days still no refund, this is the worse KFC in independence not the first timeI have had issues with them but it will be the last. I will be driving the extra to go to Noland Rd by where I used to live theyweren't perfect at least they would try to make things right!"

"I would give 0 stars if possible, but basically I would like to say that I was in an order on DoorDash tonight and they had first sent Kenneth, who could not complete my order (I thought maybe it was a fuke) then tried to pick up my order and first they told her they could not make my sandwich because they were from the chicken fillets for the night that I said was good and got it because there was one thing? Then they informed them they could?t the meal at all without the one product I thought was ugly because it ordered other things that were?t chicken and I had already said I didn't mind. These KFC have not yet canceled the order, although and continue to have sent servants to a wild geese hunt. At this point I had tried to call 3 times, just to ask them to cancel on their end, so I could get my money back, but nobody answered. During this time, poor Janet arrives and turns away and I finally connect with DoorDash support, which repaired everything but not before Harry had been sent, and he claimed that this was 5. Once this week, what I felt so bad, but he was totally cool about it. But here I apologise for these poor scissors. I notice that I ordered after 8 a.m. and I notice that the delivery of items is closer to closing, but if you don't want to serve customers after 8 a.m. or your employees don't want to work at a specific point, only close to the day. Please. Because I wasn't just affected today. These other 4 people who tried to do their job could?t. Either that or take your branch of DoorDash, there is another KFC option only on the street and I wish I was ordered from there."

"Amazing service! The staff couldn't have been more friendly, the sandwiches are always great. There are a variety of sandwich sites potbelly is safe in the upper level of sub-shops. My top level is Penn Station Pot belly and fireworks. Debellas just misses the cut!"

"I had to park and go in for bbq even though I asked for it at the speaker. The window cashier wasn't very friendly and the fries are just terrible. The 3 stars come from how fast the service was and my chicken littles were very fresh and tasted great!"

"The brew proved to be a discouraging customer service experience and hopes to see my full refund. I even tried to get into management without a call back this morning. please do not expect to be treated with a hurry or with a courtesy. it can be a great place to work in the did, although the employees seem not to be dealing with customer service solutions, warehouse articles or with any expeditions?. a beautiful location and great view. but friendliness or customer experience?. not available. however, humiliated customers and no employee accountability, we are prevalent. a really terrible experience that had upset me all morning about how I was treated - I think a poor local entrepreneur is not aware. but it can only be his customer service model here and this is really regrettable for the community."
