we were in a hurry and had to catch something fast. we went to the kfc 24 hwy and the kerl working there offered excellent customer service. he worked the drive thru and the front counter. he was polite, helpful and with all he did, he remained friendly and happy. he had no name tag, so I don't know his name. he worked on Friday night on 6th january. he deserves an increase in salary. hopefully he sees this. order 5 offers and 2 small sides waited 45 min men with ice cream and pockets of food received their before I did. When I had to roll my window down to ask him, the look on his face was obvious that he had given my food to wrong vehicle. This location is an absolute nightmare. The staff closes earlier than advertised just to get home early. If your business states you?re open until 9:00 then customers should be allowed to be served until 9:00. That?s just the first issue, the second issueis they never have what you want to order. I was literally told ?sorry we?re all out of chicken?. I?m like you?re a chickenplace that doesn?t sell chicken only sides lol. If I could?ve gave it a negative zero for my rating I totally would have. Closethis place down your hire ppl who want to work seriously! This is not just an isolated incident, this continues to happen.
Everything was good employees where nice and friendly im reading all these bad reviews and i?ve never had a problem with this store always coming back
Ordered online when my son went to pick up food the kid behind counter said they were out of potpies so they canceled the order, even though I received an email stating the food was ready. When I made the trip there since my card was charged 75.00 theyacted like they didn't talk to my son.Asked for refund since I received no food and of course they couldn't do it had to callthe number made the so called manager Xaiver aware that I had been calling his store which was hooked to a fax machine and the800 number no one available. I got on website tried to get my money back, the following morning I did finally get ahold of aperson who was to get me my refund it has been 2 days still no refund, this is the worse KFC in independence not the first timeI have had issues with them but it will be the last. I will be driving the extra to go to Noland Rd by where I used to live theyweren't perfect at least they would try to make things right!
