"I am from Frankfurt and used to go to this place fairly often when I was still living there. So on our family visit recently we decided to go there the Beer garden is great and that's why I loved the place, going for drinks...only is ok, but am not too sure about the food. In particualar a Frankfurter specialty the Handkase. For one of the other reason they are serving it with Red onions which should not be as it changed the taste of the dish completely. To do that to a Frankfurter original and specialty deserves a poor rating. Otherwise the Service was good though rushed as it was busy and there didn't seem to be enough staff around. Morale of the story go for drinks and the Beer Garden"

"Emailed a request for a reservation in the afternoon and they were happy to accommodate us. We sat outside and they added a patio heater by the table. The food was excellent and the waiter was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in Frankfurt."

"Wer hier auf einen Drink an der Bar Platz nimmt, kann sich auf einen ganz besonderen Service gefasst machen. Denn erst wird man nicht beachtet, dann kann man nach ca. 8 bis 10 Minuten Wartezeit endlich bestellen, dann dauert es aber noch einmal eine Weile, bis der Barkeeper (mittlerweile sind es sogar zwei) sich erbarmt, einen Gin Tonic zu erstellen. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung, kein Lächeln. So habe ich mir eine Bar in der Innenstadt nicht vorgestellt, auch wenn die Zeit (so gegen 19 Uhr 30) vielleicht die Hochzeit dieser Bar ist."
