"The price-performance ratio is simply ok. steak is well cooked, but size is quite small for about 25 euro. the burger is not standard: it is smaller than mcdonalds käseburger and not much between the bungalow. still hungry for eating. that lunch is perhaps better. service is good."

"We used to eat almost every month in our boots, but we don't do that anymore. the cubicity of eating in itself is perfect, but the portions leave to be desired. I had once ordered an salat with swam fillet for almost 16 €. it was a sort of green salat that was not marinated, but only the sose something was drunken over with 3 half dripping us 2 pieces pig fillet. at the price I expect much more. the salat has tasted only to salat, the pork fillet was good, but I also expect from a green salad more than just the same sort with much too little dressing."

"Service staff was a catastrophe during this visit, we would have drunk much more, but were not served as well. Also to order the warm food for brunch, we got no opportunity! The service personnel had no interest in serving us at all!!!"

"With a group of six people we have visited the peasant's room (forty times past, never invading in Jägersfreude; for a normal Saturday night the cottage was full of breaks, but we had reserved gottseidank in time. In one of the rooms, the larger and shiny, we had a beautiful round table. In front of the house there were lots of cars, mainly with Saarbrücker license plates, but also the one or other license plate of frog eaters from neighbouring France was below. Correspondingly, the language mixture and confusion in the various guest rooms was also colourful. The menus came quickly, but everything else took quite a long time; the peasant house has been for decades due to its barbecue or Swivelry is known, the feed is correspondingly large and it is then necessary to set itself up for waiting times. If you don't want to, you shouldn't come here on weekends. The peasantry also advertises on the Internet with local grill specialities and finest pieces of meat from open beech fire, with the beef pieces from the Argentinian angerus bark. The meat or also the Lyoner is prepared at a table-high tiled large grill station and at two swivels. For non-Saarland: a swivel either a piece of the pig's neck (which is pivoted on a swivel); see below or a circular grill grating with a diameter greater than or less, which is freely suspended on chains in a three-legged leg corresponding to the diameter of the grate and therefore pivots towards anstoss (forward. Most of the swivels were or are produced in homework, with the steel material used for this purpose being previously often used by vunn de Hütt. The two swingers of the peasant room are large; it also needs to be a lot of grilled goods (smooth cores. The fact that swivel fans are swung out in the deepest winter is not very rare in the Saarland; However, I have never seen swinging in closed rooms as it is practiced here in the peasant room. Service: For the fact that only one service power looked after our entire room (only with the simultaneous application of many portions, a kind of jumper helped out again and again in the short term, everything went out a little bit too quickly if you look away from waiting for the ordered dishes. more experienced peasant pubs -gues when we newcomers were ordered their drinks directly in larger containers; At some point we got on it. Perhaps the service should use roller skates (or simply increased to increase the speed. As already mentioned, we have to accept considerable waiting times; we didn't like it. Gottseidank stood at least a larger basket with bread on the table; we emptied him completely to bridge the waiting period and because we were hungry. The service had not to answer the waiting times, but on the grill and on both swingers was literally land under. here is simply not true of the organization. Especially since we were informed that the main dishes were prepared and served so late because we had to wait for our appetizers (and their consumption only). Bullshit! We have served salad plate, ribeye steak, pork ridges, beef fillet, small peasant parrots (sweden, pork fillet, grilled Lyonerspieß ; as supplements to the main dishes we had roast potatoes with onions and green beans with garlic. Pils, Averna, Cola, Kir Royal, wheat beer, mineral water and espresso were drunk. Tastefully everything was all right except for several exceptions, but no more. Steak and beef fillet were ordered medium and came to the table. The slewing roast was a bit dry and the pork fillet of the little pork was deeper than by means of absolutely dead grilled. The Lyon spear, also part of the small pork, was properly carved in some places; Here too much of the good had been done. Salad plates, roasted beans and green beans were all right. Overall, we were not really satisfied. Swivel back and forth; Grilled in the city area is quite better, this is associated with lower waiting times and at cheaper prices. We're not coming back."

"My heart's favorite was the desire to feed fish out of the house. Where that should not have been fixed; but the Bischmisheimer Linde crystallized out gradually as the discharge site. Fish stands there in several variants auif of the map, among other things also as Atlantic seaweed in Hummerkrabbensoße with butter rice and salad for slapped EUR 19,40. This offer is just as semi-seiden meaning deliberately misleading as, for example, Linguine with Scampi for EUR 15.70. If there are normal shrimps instead of scampi, then instead Pangasius or Ropfene starving after seaweed is cheered to the pure white fillet, which is often covered with an obscure sauce. Note: Filets from genuine soles are never pure white but have a delicate black grain and sea tongue dishes start at a price of approx. EUR 35,00. But that's just by the way. Yesterday, after studying the current Linde map on the Internet, my love had shot on fresh asparagus with pork chips, sauce Hollandaise and salt potatoes for EUR 23.50 and ordered a table for today at 12:30. I had not yet decided with my court request and decided ad hoc today. The large main guestroom was almost completely occupied by a large solid board for about 25 people, which only reads space for three small tables in the corners of the room; one of them was ours. The reason of the feast was quickly made: a small bubble with a strapped neck and a communion candle in a glass vessel in the middle of the gift table did not read any misinterpretations for us. Gottseidank was quicker with our order than the fixed company with its Communion Menu selection; so we stayed spared long waiting times. My dear wife ordered, although the Linde Averna has also offered, only a small apple choir for EUR 3,20; I took a Franciscan white beer from the barrel (0,5l EUR 3.80). In terms of food, she stayed at her bererits home choice, the Spargel-Schnitzel combination. Although the panned pork carving was not roasted in the pan but frit and the sauce Hollandaise was not really the yellow of the egg, it was satisfied with its choice overall, although the asparagus rods were not so great but slightly musked. She was pleased about my side-salat which I had left her; his dressing was expressly praised. For me, I had ordered the pork larvae in Pfifferling-Kirsch-Pfeffersoße with croquettes and supplemental salad for EUR 19,80, and I asked to replace the croquettes with late larvae which were standard for the larvae in Bärlauchsoße. The fact that Mr. Diener, the operator and chef of the Linde, especially in the case of short fryers, often has the problem of meeting the desired degree of cooking correctly, we had already experienced in the past the pleasure, especially during the four months that we had left after our move without our own kitchen and in time had often taken the lead service of the Linde, if we had once again wanted to eat warm (restaurant visits at that time). Intensifyingly, it came to us that the meat feeds were still moving from the Linde to us during transport. Today, Mr. Diener, with my little lend, obviously wanted to go to the safe spot according to the motto: if I change the cooking times for the three lendtranchen, I hope to meet one of them in the middle of the black one. And so was it; one was absolutely cooked to the point, one was slightly over it and one was absolutely well done talking more than through. I found the sauce very successful, although the pepper component from my point of view had been sent to the race somewhat too generously (my wife found it salted). With Pfifferlingen, the kitchen had really not tasted, neither with cherries. The late lards were as small asses in the Saarland Latezle; any swab would have proved to me this table-up finished product that had to do with Spätzle as little as a mangalitza pig with a guinea pig. I ate things; They didn't taste bad. Conclusion: Overall, we were satisfied with our today's Linden visit, but have already eaten better here."
