"I enjoyed my lunch. beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. However, I found the majority of food overpriced and there is not enough on a single dish to fill them to order more. I also found the bar chairs quite uncomfortable as they are attached to the floor. I'm pretty big and I found it difficult to accommodate my legs. even if they are overweight, it is impossible to sit comfortably as my mother has found out."

"Very small wine bar/restaurant. Cramped downstairs. Shall we say “rustic” decor. Top quality food and a lovely wine list. White Gavi wine could have been colder but only complaint. Excellent carpaccio, and two pasta dishes. Good puddings. Cheap for Mayfair. Friendly service."

"A pleasant ambience but there were basic failures in service customers in an empty restaurant should not have to wait to order drinks while a waitress adds tealights to tables. We were expecting a starter but when our mains arrived I realised we weren't going to get that starter. When our service was taken over by another waitress things improved she asked if I wanted the glass of red that I had mentioned earlier to accompany my pasta some communication had happened behind the scenes. Excellent service would have offered that glass of red on the house as a small recompense for what, sadly, turned out to be a less than enjoyable experience. Excellent taralli and ragu despite all this we did thank the chefs as we left. Such a shame."
