"What a lovely tasty experience. Be sure to arrive early the whole neighborhood is fun for a drink and shopping. Stunning views under the bridge too. 1300 Taberna is off the main drag and is large and welcoming. We had the best dish of our foody week shrimp tartar with cheery gaspacho. And the waiter let me guess the ingredients. The duck croquettes, pork and steak were fabulous too."

"Had a T3 and the Alfacinha Everything was properly cooked with loads of flavor. The sweet potato chips had a lovely hit of garlic. The price is decent, service excellent. If you are looking for a change of pace from Portuguese food, this is a great spot off the herd of tourists to have a tasty lunch!"

"The minute you walk in you know this is a place that is ONLY about food prepared the way mother' does she was in the kitchen in control of everything.
