"The bakery is opposite Sandgate's lovely old town hall and has outside seats where you can sit and enjoy a cuppa and some of the bakery's food. We were there too late for the pies which are said to be quite good. Instead we ordered some freshly made bread rolls and took these down to the foreshore to eat. The cake cabinet has a variety of the usual suspects you would expect at a local bakery. There is off-street parking in front of the bakery."

"I am a lover of chowder meals and found that they served Seafood Chowder so we visited the restaurant on a Friday night for dinner. The chowder was very average, the atmosphere was nice and the service was very average. I would not be returning...again as the chowder was not to my liking."

"> We checked it out and it was terrible. Waited 45 minutes for what I must say was a great meal. N cakes=first day back-big deal.Staff were new. Owner we passed did not even look up. You will get what you deserve-closing down.....Mike & I were there the first Friday opening and I saw Clive talking to the only other table that night. We were sitting in the adjacent room but walked through the main dinning area which I'm presuming was your table.We had a great meal and YES the staff was new, basically it's a training cafe where young persons can gain skills prior to leaving school. Hey in my book that's a plus but possibly some people may feel it's better to not give young people a chance. Left to their own devices they usually end up in trouble....But each to their own.Did you actually ask about desert because we had a chocolate brownie which was delish...you know sauce/cream/ice-cream/strawberry....and the very cute young lady especially asked if we would like to know what was being offered for dessert that night.So Christine I'm now wondering if we're talking about the same place.People please don't be put off by such an "interesting" review if you like feeling welcomed and a big smile greets you with great food. Also they give young persons a chance with all profits going to help disadvantaged ones in the community. Eat at Olga's.As a note I do not get paid to write these reviews in anyway. I am not employed or a volunteer at Olga's or their assistance org. ACRO. I'm a person who works full time in IT, love great food but also a welcoming atmosphere is important to us. Give Olga's a go people - they are doing good things in the community"

"I eat here often Tuesday and Thursday for lunch and Sunday for breakfast this has been eating for a while that is really good and the owner amanda and their staff are very special people. I love the smashed avocado it is really special and the coffee is great .feel as they are so welcoming with friends"

"First time at Wes and it was a lovely experience. I had a delicious burger and milkshake. Easy to access with lots of street parking, quiet location and friendly staff, The only thing to take note of would be the lack of highchairs with the cafe only having one."

"Needed a double-shot espresso but had a feeling that of being in the bakery before with a poor outcome and after the rigmarole of not having eftpos but an available antiquated SLOOOOOOOOW ATM in store, what a win for the owner and another $2.50 on top of the bill took my food and coffee and drove off.. One and a half mouthfulls of what could only be described as dish water with half a teaspoon of Pablo (cheap instant coffee) could not drink it.. the two girls serving must of been working during the school holidays with no training as they continued to ask each other customer service related questions... Never Again!!! PS Had another coffee made in a nearby town, small cafe/eatery with pleasant staff and ahhhhhh.. Yes it was magnifico.. Good selection food but must have cash.."
