"Maison Moulin was once a centrepiece of both the Cordes gastronomic scene and the wider area around. Monsieur and Madame Moulin ran the place superbly well and oversaw the production of a wide range of viennoiseries, bread, cakes, ice creams, chocolates etc of the highest standard and quality. Sadly, this is no longer the case. M. Moulin retired nearly two years ago and the transfer of ownership means that this is not a place I would recommend. The standard and quality have fallen and the prices have risen. Not a good combination. The service (both at tables and the counter) remains good but it must be sad for those who are long-serving members of staff to see the decline. I hate to write a negative review but this place is just not what it was."

"A very good family lunch, served with conviviality and goodness despite the exceptional warmth of this summer. I thank our hosts who have seen our accepted number to prepare this menu to know that it was a closing day. A special mention for the wine that accompanies this meal. We recommend this table."
