"Quality food with delicious flavour you won't be disappointed the steak was mouth watering and the Diane sauce yummy mushroom I want more of them vegetables so fresh I reckon they where straight out of the ground well done chief service was excellent a must do in Dubbo I don't. Believe Gordon Ramsay could even pick a fault with this meal"

"There's lots to like about Tilly's. the service is great, the menu is pretty good and the food is excellent. It ticks all the boxes for taste, presentation and quantity. The home made lasagne is very good. Well worth the visit."

"Everything about Veldt is excellent, our group of three couples were treated to a most enjoyable evening. The restaurant is well presented, tables not too close to each other and the seating very comfortable. The roast lamb shoulder for two ($65) was brilliant, slow cooked for eight hours it was delicious and even though a carving knife was provided it just fell off the bone. Accompanying it was a smooth garlic mash potato, minted peas with bacon and a selection of roast vegetables, and perhaps oddly, some salad lettuce. Service started with a beautiful bread roll accompanied by a small bowl of curried soup, then the main arrived soon after. It was so filling that no one had room for any of the great looking desserts, maybe next time."

"Can tell why there is a gap in time! If you request for something as easy as eggs over easy and the chef says he doesn't like doing it that way cause it makes the eggs hard...well I think we have a Gordon Ramsay issue here. This was breakfast so maybe it's too early for some."

"I have reviewed this restaurant before; not sure how long ago but I think it was just after it opened. Well i am impressed. It is still the best restaurant in town. This restaurant is so well conceived and managed that one could be in any major city. The food is fresh and imaginative whilst maintaining true Italian dishes. Even the wait staff are Italian and they just add to a fantastic atmosphere.Maybe I am biased because I love Italian food but mine host Ashleigh Bellotti is an Aussie who is very fond of his roots and has gone to great lengths to make this place zing.It is a very popular place for weddings and conferences from what I can see, and there is also a separate bar with boutique beers on tap and the wine list can you believe even has four vintages of Grange on it. I can't afford one of these unfortunately but if you win Lotto or the Melbourne Cup this would be the place to celebrate. The rest of the wine list is affordable and interesting. Unfortunately I don't live in Dubbo but I wish I did."
