"Having been to Greece these are pretty authentic gyros. Meat, salad, bread, yogurt all nice. The one thing that really needs improving are the chips. I have been a number of times and the chips are clearly very cheap frozen ones. They are either rarely...cooked properly or reheated a number of times which makes them inedible. I suggest buying some better quality chips and then cooking to order until crispy. Completely pointless having them on the menu otherwise. Don't be lazy!"

"The dishes were tasty and imaginative and at a reasonable price. The service was polite but didn’t really add to our experience. Cafe Catalan is a tapas place which involves numerous dishes being brought to the table. We were sat at an absurdly small table for this and consequently only received two dishes at once. These needed to be finished before the next two were brought. We weren’t given a choice in the order of the dishes, so some of the combinations would not have been my choice. The restaurant is small and did feel quite cramped. We sat near the bar where the lighting was quite harsh. The ambient music was ‘Spanish’ if you imagine yourself at a beach bar in Torremolinos listening to recycled Euro pop. It was too loud and was by far the most annoying aspect of our evening. It made us laugh though, so not all bad. It didn’t really feel like an authentic Spanish experience. It may be right up someone else’s street though. I don’t think we’ll be rushing back."

"We went the last Saturday and it was our first time there... the food is amazing, we will go back for sure. The Mediterranean plate is the best actually Mediterranean plate I have ever ate in a vegan vegetarian restaurant in UK."

"Fantastic restaurant, highly recommended. A good selection of vegetarian dishes. I had to start Ragara Pattice and Palak Cootu Curry with one side of Brinjal Bhajee for my main. Food was very tasty and portions were a good size, I will probably skip the starter the next time. I look forward to the return and attempt of other dishes from the menu."

"Had an unusually bad experience here. Generally in the past everything has been great. The order from the app got scrambled, the guy serving came out for behind the counter without a face mask, the pizzas were late (I'd ordered for a specific time), they were cold, generally not up to the standard we were used to. I don't know if it's a one off but will be avoiding for a while. Domino's is just around the corner"
